This year’s Duck Dash will take place on Saturday, July 9th. at 7 p.m..

Ducks will be set off on the east side of the Blades-Seaford drawbridge on the Nanticoke River.

Come out and cheer your duck to victory. Duck Dash tickets are $5 each and can be purchased at City Hall in Seaford and the Information Booth on the day of the event.

There will be two heats with a first, second and third place winner in each heat. First place wins $100, second place wins $50 and third place wins $25.

Would you like to be a Part of the Nanticoke Riverfest 2012?
The Riverfest committee is seeking volunteers to help with the event before, during and after the festivities. Specific duties include helping with the children’s programs, setting-up and taking-down equipment, to work the information booths, serving on the trash crew and in many other capacities. Many positions are available depending on your abilities and time constraints. Contact the Nanticoke Riverfest for more details.
