U.S. Postal Service
Saturday, July 9th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The US Postal Service will be selling pictorial cancellations on either a stamped envelope for $0.54 or a stamped post card for $0.31. This will be a keepsake commemorating Riverfest 2011.

They will have a variety of stamps for sale as well as Stamp year books, Stamp dispensers, and passport wallets. There will be free information on stamp collecting, identity theft prevention and USPS.com. For the kids they’ll be giving out free coloring and activity books.

Please stop by and say “Hi!” or ask questions and check out what your local Post Office has to offer.

Would you like to be a Part of the Nanticoke Riverfest 2012?
The Riverfest committee is seeking volunteers to help with the event before, during and after the festivities. Specific duties include helping with the children’s programs, setting-up and taking-down equipment, to work the information booths, serving on the trash crew and in many other capacities. Many positions are available depending on your abilities and time constraints. Contact the Nanticoke Riverfest for more details.

This program is made possible, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
